I need a wine exorcism.
Wine has become my greatest sin. Am realising I will never lose the battle of the bulge if I continue to neck a few bottles on a night with friends. The wine isn’t the main fat offender, it is the next day when I have this appetite that seems hell bent on being filled by every item in the fridge and cupboard.
